History

AsherXino Corporation, was founded in 2007 by a group of leading professionals with extensive experience in the upstream and services sectors of the oil and gas industry. In 2010, the company became a public listed company on the US stock exchange

Upstream Sector

Asherxino Limited holds participating/economic interests in oil and gas concession in the western Niger Delta region of Nigeria and continues to seek other exciting prospects in the region.

Services

Asherxino is duly authorized by the Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) to operate as an oil industry service company in “Specialized Categories”, in the provision of full-service Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) capabilities within the Nigerian Oil and Gas industry.

Downstream & Trading

Asherxino has contractual trading interests in natural gas and crude oil and other petroleum products, through strategic alliances and collaborations with refiners and trading companies, enhancing our trading flexibility and efficiency in a dynamic commodities market.
