Chris Wilmot

“Mr. Wilmot has held several executive management positions with major oil companies including Atlantic Richfield (ARCO). He serves on numerous commissions and boards. He is the Chief Executive Officer & President of WCW International, Inc., where he assists Fortune 500 and other global companies with business development initiatives in various African countries. He is also the Chairman of the Cote D’Ivoire “”Peace”" Refinery, an executive member of the Greater Houston Partnership, director of Congressman Mickey Leland Kibbutzim Foundation, Commissioner of the Houston Clean City Commission and former Chairman of the Board of the Greater Houston Convention & Visitors Bureau. Mr. Wilmot was an honorary member of President G. W. Bush’s African Trade mission and has been a delegate to the U.S. Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the U.S. Agency for International Development trade and investment missions to Ghana, Cote D’Ivoire, The Gambia and Senegal
Jimmy Delano

Mr. Delano is a certified accountant and a member of the Institute of Marketing and the Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom. He has over 20 years executive levels positions in multinational companies. He is the President & Chief Executive Officer Ilora L’Original Beauty Concepts Inc, United States; former Vice President International market (Africa, Middle East, Europe, South Africa, Caricom and Non Caricom markets) at Soft Sheen / L’Oreal (the largest manufacturer of beauty products in the world), For 15 years, he was the brain behind business development for Gillette and Polaroid Companies in Africa and adviser to many African leaders , 2006 Chicago Minority Business Man of the Year and 2008 coveted Certification of Special Congressional Recognition award, by the US congress for his distinguished contributions to US and international businesses . In an interview by CNN, he was described as an expert in international business. Mr. Delano is also an adjunct professor teaching international business and management in several US universities

Mr. Odunuga has over 19 years managing consulting, energy advisory and project management experience with Price Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) and EDS Corporation. He is a co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Rosegate Synergistic International, a management consulting company founded in 2001, former executive director of Apex Star Energy Corporation, former Executive Vice President of Business Development and strategy for Asher Energy Corporation, responsible for overall business development, partnerships management and strategy development & execution before his elevation to the position of Chief Executive Officer officer of Asher Xino Corporation . Mr. Odunuga advises energy companies (including national oil companies) in Oil field acquisition & development. He is a consummate professional with keen eyes on the economics of an oil and Gas field acquisition and development
Michael C. Hinton
(President)
Mr. Hinton has been an officer and director of the Company since December 15, 1997, holding the office of Secretary from 1997 to 2003 and the office of President from 2003 until the present. Since 1990, he has been engaged in managing his own investments and is the sole owner of Multimarket Americas Export Corp. which is engaged in exporting telephone and construction equipment and the import of food products. Mr. Hinton received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Colorado State University.
Warren H. Anderson
(Chief Technology Officer)
Mr. Anderson is a geologist and engineer with over 30 years of experience in petroleum exploration and drilling operations, having lived and worked in West Africa. He was the President of Asher Energy Corporation with the vision for developing a portfolio of assets in Africa and President of Frontier Exploration Corporation. He previously drilled and made economic discoveries with multinationals and independent companies. Mr. Anderson is a geophysics researcher in a US university
Patrick O. Okorodudu, Esq.
(General Counsel & Secretary)
Mr. Okorodudu has over 20 years of experience as a legal counsel and consultant to major oil companies in Africa and other international business entities. He has worked both as a litigation and corporate attorney. He is an associate member of the American Bar Association and the American Academy of Legal Studies in Business. He serves on the Board of Governors of Water Agriculture Industries (WAI) Foundation. Mr. Okorodudu teaches Business Law, Leadership and Ethics for several U.S. universities.
